The Petty Girl (Columbia, 1950)
George Petty was one of the most well known pin-up artists, especially remembered for the “Petty Girl” series he created for Esquire magazine for over 20 years, until 1956. Elsa Lanchester has a wonderful role as Caulfield’s friend and chaperon, and a young Tippi Hedren makes a brief appearance in her screen debut
